    Hi @Bufana

    Welcome to the Community! The SIM shows no connection for the past two days, We made some changes in the background for your device. For these changes to take effect, please follow the steps below to perform a Factory Reset AND Soft Reset on your device:
    • From the Main Menu> System> select Reset and tap on it to follow the instruction.
      [Note: Resetting your device removes all your saved places and settings, including your language, voice, and warning settings.]
    • When the device reaches the language selection, soft reset to reboot by pressing and holding the On/Off button until it makes a drum sound.
    Give it a test run after this and see if this works.

    Hi, my TomTom does not have a “system” option in Settings. I’ve tried resetting it by holding down the power button till the drum role & still Traffic Service unavailable

    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Swipe left to... 'Setting' Menu & Tap
    Swipe left to 'System' Menu & Tap
    Tap Reset device... Follow the on-screen instructions....

    Note... To back-up (Sync) MyPlaces, POI's Etc....
    Use the MyDrive Web Route planner/Tomtom cloud....

    Hi there,

    Maybe you changed the order of the Menu button? Also, the backend system shows that your device was able to receive and connect to TomTom Services over the weekend.

    Hi, as an experienced TomTom user, I have checked every section of the menu & its not there. Still no LIVE Traffic
