Recent update deleted my speed cameras

Hi,

I recently subscribed to speed camera updates, in the belief that my speed camera data would not be deleted when the subscription finished. However, my speed camera alerts have been removed and my device is now worse than it was before the update.

Please can you revert my device to how it was before.

Removing my camera alerts is a *significant* change to the service and should have been highlighted before the subscription was purchased (not hidden in T&Cs).

    The reply I received contained links which don't help and a chat service which is useless.
    Does customer support no longer exist at TomTom?

    I have been a customer for many years and we have 2 TomToms in our household. Right now I would be happy to send both back to TomTom for recycling since based on this experience I have no intention of ever buying another TomTom product and there are much better services available.

    It appears my device has been intentionally crippled after I spent money purchasing a service. Unbelievable how a company can lose direction so completely.

    Just checked Tomtom Support using the tips in my previous post....
    Here in the UK, the Chat line is closed... But I was offered the option to Email Tomtom support... Using Firefox, all 'OK'

    So I take it this does not work with Chrome?
    Why do companies keep peeing us off with all the changes and no responses - surely they can work from home and offer support?
    Plenty of companies do this!

    Just tried it using Chrome which is not my normal method and got through to Chat.

    Generally follow the following

    ap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message


    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
