Does anyone has Premium X with problems with traffic information just like me?

Since 4 month I wait for a solution of the helpdesk: my Premium X device does not receive traffic information. Only when I am on wifi at home .
They are working on it.... Advice is to use my mobile as hotspot. That is not why I bought a TomTom
Does anyone has the same problem?

    Had quite a few problems with my Premium X, in fact I had to send it back to Romania for repair. It has since been working fine until today, where it will no longer connect to traffic. I have to admit, I think the unit is rubbish and unreliable. Had a Live 1000 before and it was brilliant and I thought this was an upgrade. My unit will not receive traffic even on wifi ,so I think I probably have wasted my money on an expensive door stop. I think the previous repair involved removing the sim from under the sticker next to to the sd slot, as it was put back on wonky!! I've tried cleaning the sim but mine still refuses to connect.

    Done a factory reset on the device and it is working again.
    Still not happy with the newer model but hey they call it progress!!!
