How do I get my lifetime maps for my TOMTOM XXL540s

I bought lifetime maps with my TOMTOM XXL540s and now get a message that it is no longer supported. How can that be ... I love that unit and would like the 'lifetime maps' purchase honored.

    What's the current map version ?

    The latest map version is 10.75

    Updates can be downloaded and installed using TomTom HOME.

    I only was presented with the 15.30 version. How do I find the 10.75 version. I will never need Canada or Mexico on this unit.

    Also, all my voices were deleted because they were 'not in the language I selected'. Could I get a voice back for english?

    I the had USA selected for the country ... Is that where my 'language selected' information is determined.
