I have the expert and the iPhone 12. I’ve paired the Tom Tom
And my phone but I can’t connect to the my drive app … it keeps saying connection error. I also can’t make any hands free calls etc

Since the introduction of IOS13 including the My Drive App in the Bluetooth pairing has not been possible. The Go Expert like the Go Discover units does not offer a handsfree facility and the units descriptions on the TT website make no mention of Handsfree on the devices.
