I have repeatedly renewed my password and it keeps telling me it’s not recognised when trying to join the website. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no application to reinstall this is online on the web.

So it's not Mydrive connect but rather Mydrive
to connect to Mydrive you must connect with the same email address + MDP as your GPS
on your GPS have you reset to factory values.1 -
I’ve used the original email address and I’ve gone through the process to renew the password and when that passwords put in it’s not recognised.
I will try a factory reset to see if that helps. Thanks.0 -
