    Hi @Mick21

Sounds very much like a settings issue which should be sorted early tomorrow as soon as one of the Mods picks it up.

    Hi @Mick21

    Welcome to the community!
My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and the service should get activated.

I would recommend that you test the device on a planned route.

    Regards, Vikram

    Hi @Mick21

Surely the GO 6250 professional, unlike the GO 6200 Professional, comes with Traffic and Cameras without the need for any ongoing subscriptions so there should be no need to purchase live traffic. If you are not getting the services then look back here tomorrow to see what @VikramK or @lampard have to say after they have reviewed your units settings on the TT servers.

Hi Doug, it did but then came up with expiry date about 1 month after I bought it. Could really use it now as doing a lot of travelling in truck
