Computerised voices (English) Required for Go 520 Essential

Hi, Could someone please assist and help me get computerised voices onto my new 520 Essential. I have checked all over the site and all computerised voice options are greyed out and therefore unable to be selected. Any assistance that works would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and allocate the appropriate Computer Voice/s to your Tomtom Account.....
