Live traffic unavailable Tomtom Go520 using Mydrive via Andriod phone Australia

Hi, I have a Tomtom Go520 that I have been very happy with since I purchased approximately 5 years ago.

However, it has now stopped linking with the live traffic services even though my subscription is still active and will not connect no matter what I try to do.
I use an Andriod phone (Samsung) and have tried following various troubleshooting recommendations ie. Turning it off and back on again, making sure my phone is properly updated, reconnecting via MyDrive app, reinstalling Mydrive app on my phone, and repairing data connections with my phone via Bluetooth as well as creating a WIFI hotspot and connecting that way.

No matter what I try it continues to say Live traffic is unavailable.

Is there something wrong with the Live Traffic in Australia or is there another issue going on?

Any help would be appreciated.

    I managed to get it working again by doing a factory reset and basically starting everything from scratch again.
