Why will the updates not install on my device?

The updates are available, but when I select them nothing happens. I cannot get my speed camera updates either, even though they are paid for!

    Tried that, didn't work; neither did a soft reset of the device or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    Hi @CarolT

    Have you got an extra memory card fitted and if so how big is it and how much free memory do you have on the internal and card memory.

    Is it sometime since ou updated the maps and so is it now too big to fit on the Internal memory hence the need fo ran extra memory card.

    Thanks Doug. I don't have a memory card, but there is a lot of space on the internal memory. The problem appears to be that when I click on the button to start the transfer nothing happens. It just sits there! Any ideas?
