After wifi upgrade of OS SW. Nav failed to restart. After connecting to PC, the MyDrive installed 'Herstel SW', but nav still won't restart after two attempts and indicates to connect to PC again. Connecting to PC repeats the 'installing Herstel SW' cycle without ability to restart Nav after Herstel SW was installed.

    Sometimes inserted memory cards can cause such a problem.
    Is there perhaps a memory card in the device? Then take it out when the device is switched off.

    Hi @Ronwob

    Try Pressing and Holding the ON/OFF button in for 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let the button go. See if that sorts it.

    Hi Doug, Already tried several times. A black screen, similar to PC appears which indicates installed HW and SW. All seems OK, except date is Jan 1 1970
