Downloading Maps

My TomTom Go App will not download European Maps when trying to innstalling on a new device. But American maps, Asian maps and African maps is ok.

This is with Android 11

Trying to initiate TomTom go on Android phone Galaxy S20fe. It says you need to add at least one map area to start. Then says something went wrong come back later. I have checked the app has storage permissions and location. Help how do i make this work?

Try to install the application from the play store with the installed button select your phone.

I have now succesfully updated my European maps. But i had to use different WiFi networks (for some reason i dont know), on different maps and different IP adresses. The last map i innstalled was via 4G mobil data.

How do I get other maps than that of Belgium on my tomtom go for android?
