Sat Nav not showing correct location ?

I have a U Connect 5 Sat Nav in my Fiat Ducato Motorhome. Recently updated to latest map however incorrect location still showing. Any ideas of how to resolve?

    Hi @AlanRamage
    It seems to be an issue with the GPS reception. Have you tried a factory reset, already?

    Thanks Vikram however tried factory reset on several occasions with no luck 😩. Any other ideas? You don’t happen to know where the GPS receiver would be situated do you ?
