I do I connect data and traffic?

I have supreme 6 and it is connected to my drive but can't get data and traffic it says unable to connect

    What is the phone model and the firmware version?
    Is Bluetooth® tethering supported by your network provider?

    the phone is iphone se firmware is IOS 15.3.1
