MyDriveConnect insists that my device is not connected. I have plugged and unplugged, restarted the computer, but it makes no difference. What else can I do?

Try doing a drum reset on the unit and then connect again to see if it works.
Also, are you using the cable that came with the device?1 -

Having the same problem. Using TomTom MyDrive Connect. Software says my device is not responding. Have tried drum reset with no change. Unplugged and replugged 6 times. Very frustrating!0

Have you tried changing the USB socket, changing the cable or reinstalling Mydrive connect?0
