MMC/NNC - not showing
Sim ID - not showing
IMEI - not showing

    Hi @Igor9499
    The SIM card on the Carminat TomTom gets deactivated or disabled when there is no active subscription(LIVE Services) for 3 years.

    I reviewed your account and I see the previous subscription ended in 2015. More info on our support article

    You can contact our customer service to raise a refund request.

    I replaced the SIM card with a new one, it worked for a day

    There may be a problem with the SIM card as it is not displayed SIM IS and IMEI ?

    Igor - did you buy the subscription? Even after you replace sim card you will still need to pay for subscription. Also replacing SIM card is unofficial way and is not really supported by TomTom.

    Yes, bought a monthly subscription valid until 27-10-2021

    If the SIM card is not working SIM ID and IMEI will not be displayed? Right?
