MyDrive Connect not updating NAV4 update

I have connected my laptop to my SatNav Start 52, ive opened MyDrive Connect it has NAV4 as a recommended update, I have then selected update, MyDrive Connect shows 'Updating Device...' but also 'Waiting for your device' underneath. My device is switched on and just shows a map at the moment, it did show it was connected to my laptop. But nothing is happening other than green dots back and forth under 'Waiting for Device' . Is there something else I need to do, as its been running now for 15 mins.

This is ok now, it just took ages. The device powers off for ages too then reboots up, and its all up to date. Just a case of being patient.0

It is a good idea to do a Soft Rest after any update as it tidies up the files on the device.
