Cannot access traffic server

My Mazda 5 NVA-SD8110 'cannot connect with traffic sever. License is paid through to June 2022 and navigation is work ok.

    Had to use factory reset as many of the 'buttons' named in the article don't exist in my model. A real pain having to go back to factory reset, particularly as the touch screen is becoming unreliable! But working again for now, thank you!
