Rider 400 case replacement

My Rider has a few years now. Through all this time I made just a few trips with it. I always took good care of it and always store it in a soft case. Nevertheless the case material seemed like a very sturdy and strong plastic material at first, but now the top and lower areas are transforming into a material similar to modeling clay! You can actually easily dent it and remove big chunks of it with your fingernails. It's exactly the same process that is happening with my Volkswagen Golf dashboard and some door handle parts... I don't know what kind of strange materials manufacturers are using now, but they suck big time. In the meantime the on/off button fell apart into tiny pieces.

I was wondering if by any miraculous chance these parts could be repaired or replaced.
