My new GO PREMIUM X says it cannot access the Traffic service.

Traffic service has been unavailable since I bought the device. Other services like MyDrive are connected and work OK. The Traffic subscription is active.

    And I did the hard & soft reset of the device already.

    @VikramK should pick this up on Monday and check/change your units settings on the TT Servers.
