Hi! I'm using a TOMTOM trucker 6000 and i got GPRS disconnect i don't know why ....
I want to know is possible to fix this or is ussles
INFO:

GPRS STATUS : disconnect (26202,0,2,7,0,0)
GPRS MODEL : 16.00.152
SERIAL NUMBER : if necesarly.

    Hi.
    You are in a forum where TomTom Users help each other. Only the Moderators are from TomTom and they can only help somtimes.

    The Code says that your Sim is inactive. Please contact the Support, i hope they can solve that.

    There is only Customer Support during normal working hours Mon/Friday.

    There are no phone lines so try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in , and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message


    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Hi @NightFury

    I would also try to connect via Chat on Monday as that way you are connected to an individual and it will be quicker than via email. They can check your units settings etc on the TT servers whilst you are on.
