Cannot view My Reports

I filed some reports a few weeks ago, but I do not appear to access them either via the website > Profile > My Reports, or directly from the URLs. What's going on?

The TomTom team deployed some backend changes, and I am now able to see the reports normally. Thank you @VikramK for facilitating all that troubleshooting and the eventual resolution.

The reports are visible when you are viewing the map region where the correction was reported, worth zooming in/out near the area where you submit the report.

@lampard Are you saying that https://www.tomtom.com/mapshare/tools/new/mapshare/#guid=78f5831f-da0e-4223-9135-bace5b8b3915 should NOT automatically zoom the map to the correct location and show details about that report?

If true, that sounds like a terrible design. But regardless, all my corrections were submitted near downtown Minneapolis, MN, USA, and I still see no reports when I zoom into that area.
