TomTom 20 Start No Maps Found

can anyone in tech support help me? i have tried everything. checked everything is updated too after finding out no voice and no maps found. got the voice downloaded but no maps? It has FREE Lifetime Maps.
when opening account it shows device but only Maps to purchase??
