The last software update causes my unit to restart by itself every minute or so.
I cannot connect to Mydrive on the PC or add it to my devices. It was previously there but now has been disconnected for some reason.
I am having a lot of issues with TOMTOM these days as there is no phone contact support.
I am at the point of discontinuing TOM TOM devices0 -

I have a problem that my Go Premium continually freezes then restarts over and over. I found that if i turn the My Drive syncing OFF on the device then it sorts out the problem. But it means I cannot connect to the My Drive app on my phone!! And the reply I keep getting is to try a new account....which means I lose all my stored places etc. 3 of my friends have exactly the same issue. TomTom need to correct the issue with a software update, as it is not my account that's faulty but the software. My device works perfectly if the syncing to MyDrive is OFF0

Same exact situation for me, same device and same software build, also same question. I've done multiple soft resets with no effect. Haven't tried to recover yet.0 -

Have you tried logging out of My Drive on the device and only logging in when you really need the connection to your account. Being logged out does not adversely affect the normal running of the device except it will not receive any destination etc sent to it.

No, haven't tried logging out of MyDrive, but did Recover my device [ which reverted back to the previous software build - 19.201.0010.411 (0) (09/27/2019) ] and all seems to be working well now. Seems like a bug to me.0 -

Soft resets had no effect. Recover reverted to previous built (19.201.0010.411) and all is well now. Seems like a bug in the recent release.0 -

Had similar problems after recent update. Recover rolled device back to previous software build and all seems well now.0
