Order in progress 12 hours

Yesterday I paid for an annual map update service and bought a new map. The order has been in progress since then and I have not been able to download the maps. Is 12 hours normal in an online shopping service? Can a support person be contacted?

Probably only the support can help who has access to the orders. I think the card was not assigned to the serial number of your device.
