Replacement product offer from Tom Tom

Hello TomTom / Dave,

I've been receiving an offer to replace my existing Tom Tom Go 910 for a couple of years now. The latest offer is for a 30% discount on Go Supreme. It's a nice offer, but not sufficient to entice me to give up my 910 and trade it in. It works beautifully as long as it has been updated (weekly) with a new QuickFix

That said, I would be inclined to accept TomTom/Dave's replacement offer IF the Go Supreme being offered were discounted by 50%. Let me know if you would be willing to accept this arrangement and, if so, we can make it happen.

    Hi Vikram,

    Clicked on the link you provided... been there, done that. In other words, what appears to be a TomTom Support Site is little more than a compendium of self-help articles, videos, discussion groups and a robochat. What I could actually use - and would greatly prefer, is way to get to to either DAVE or a HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE that is capable of making a quick decision. That sort of information is not apparent to me on the site you've referenced. If it was, I would have used it instead of asking a question in this forum.
