Traffic and other bluetooth services does not work - Why?

Hi,

since two years the traffic services does not work and I am really very disappointed.
I tried it again and again. It is really weid because I can see two active bluetooth connections on my iPhone.

Until I have a working solution I will not recommend TomTom, Rider anymore.

    Why? Because TT has no resources to support their product.

    One option to receive traffic is using personal iPhone hotspot.
    Get rid of MyDrive App, delete all pairings and start over with just a phone bluetooth pairing and personal hotspot turned on.
    Or just connect via Wifi to iPhone personal hotspot.
    Final option is buy a Garmin Zumo XT.
