What should I do?

I subscribed to Western Atlantic Islands Maps, paid 39.90 euros, and the maps don't appear in my Go Premium X equipment updates. What should I do?

    Hi @solopes1953

    Did you input the first 2 characters of your units serial number to check if the map is compatible with your unit. Interestingly I have a GO5200 and whilst it has the wide range of free maps available it says that the Eastern Atlantic Map is not compatible.

    You need to contact Customer Support via Chat on Monday to sort out if it can be added t your unit and a refund if necessary.

    There are no phone lines working so try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message


    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
