No traffic on 6200 Pro

Hello,

I have a Go 6200 Professional. A liitle while ago my device stopped receiving traffic information. The built-in SIM card works fine (It is connected to MyDrive and I receive new destinations sent to me), my Live services subcription is not expired, and the device has been updated to the latest software. But yet the device simply says "We are having trouble accessing TomTom services. Please try again later"

Can you please help?

    Have a look back here to see if @VikramK has had a look at your units settings on the TT servers.

    The services for TomTom Traffic are showing as active on your account.
    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps advised in the video below-

    Many thanks for your help! Hard resetting the unit did the trick, traffic works fine again.
