How do I get Malcolm & Serina voices working on go premium bought in Germany

    Have troed reset but no luck all other voices work

    Hi there.
    I appear to have lost most English voices, especially with the imperial measurements and mileage distance's like Serena etc. Could it be possible to have these back on my TomTom Go Essential please?

    In my retirement years I find the yardage and mileage distances a better aid for me.

    Welcome to the community! Our team is aware about this issue, and we have raised an internal ticket for investigation.
    In the meanwhile, could you check if the steps below to reinstall the voice help?

    Removing and reinstalling the same voice using MyDrive Connect,
    1. Connect device to MyDrive Connect
    2. Go to My Content > My Voices > select Uninstall next to the voice that is not working (e.g. : Serena)
    3. Now on device itself > Main menu > Updates and New Items/Settings > Device shows a spinning wheel and voice will be removed.
    4. Preform a soft reset-


    5. Now, to install the same voice again, go back to MyDrive Connect > Voice > Add voice to your device.

    Once installed perform another soft reset and test if the voice works..
