Australian Warranty and how to contact

My Go Supreme 6" ZExxxxxxxxx23 is in a state of endless loop. It comes up with the connect GPS to PC. Connected to 2 different laptops and it goes thru the process of restoring only to reboot the GPS and back to square 1. The autobot is not helpful as when I enter my email address if says failed - come back later. How can I talk to someone in regards to getting the issue fixed or addressed?
