Start 25 Map update expired

Hello,

I have a Tomtom Start 25 model ant it has lifetime update but when I try to update the map on "Mydrive Connect" it sais "expired". Can you help me ?

    I reviewed the device subscriptions in the background, I don't see the device is factory embedded with lifetime maps.
    If you purchased the device with lifetime maps, then please contact our customer service. They might need some additional information before activating the services.

    Ok thank you for your answer. But to contact the customer service ( in this website : https://help.tomtom.com/hc/fr-fr ) I need to connect to my account and when I enter my password the page crashes with error "HTTP ERROR 400".

    Serial Number starts with : BL

    Thank you for the links, it's the same problem, every time i click "connect" de site shows the same "HTTP ERROR 400".

    My Start 25 has lifetime free updates, I've got my drive installed but the update button just takes me to pay updates. Serial starts with BL I can't for the life of me see how to update , I've watched the video but my device is not similar. I've wasted 2 hours trying too find my way round and a way of updating. Help please.
