TomTom Sports App: Activities not added to daily stats

Hello,

 

I use the TomTom Sports App in combination with a TomTom Spark 3 GPS watch.

I recently realized, that not all activities are added to the total daily/weekly/monthly distance and steps.

All my recent running activities are not added whereas the last freestyle activity (hiking tour) was added. The latter was a planned GPS-guided tour. Another difference is that the freestyle activity is not listet in i.e. the steps acitivity list. For this specific date I only get a total number of steps from the daily stats.

Why are my running activities not added to the daily distance and steps?

    They should be, you may be able to fix it by following these steps (make sure you have installed the latest version of Connect if prompted):

    1) Plug the watch into the computer and in Sports Connect, click the Gear Icon
    2) Press CTRL (Windows) or CMD (MAC) on your keyboard while you hover your mouse over the reset button.
    3) You'll see the reset button turns into a "Turn Off" button.
    4) Click it, disconnect the watch and the screen will go dead.
    5) Reconnect the watch and it will wake up and it should now update as usual.
