    Hi @jpattison

@VikramK or @lampard will pick this up tomorrow and sort out any issues with your units settings on the TT servers.

Look back here to see what they say.

There is no lifetime camera on the debut 25

speed camera services are linked to a subscription.
When a speed camera subscription expires, the Tomtom device stops issuing alerts.

start 25 had in built lifetime cameras so when you updated the cameras stayed on , on the last update it says cameras expired but it should not , weve owned the tom tom for 3 years and never had to buy cameras it shouldnt of expired

    Hi @jpattison
I reviewed your TomTom account and I don't see the services for speed camera are for the lifetime of the device.

The way speed camera alerts works has changed. The alerts are tied to a service subscription. Once the subscription expires, the access to the service will expire as well.

    Thanks,
    Vikram.
