    Sometimes resetting to factory values fixes this issue

    If resetting factory values, won't that delete all my saved POI's and other stuff?

    Yes it will so before you do it go to the Tomtom My Drive Website and log into your account and check that your My Places and My Routes etc are listed there. If they are then when you set the device up after the Factory Reset then when it logs into My Drive is should restore the data back onto the unit.

    Be aware any routes you have created on the GO5150 and saved in My Routes on it these do not sync back to your account so for those use the Export Routes facility in My Routes and a small Micro SD Class 10 memory card to save the routes to before doing the reset. You can then reload them afterwards.
