How to Contact Tomtom to change registration of device.
I recently purchased a rider 550 second hand via marketplace. This is my first Tomtom so I was unaware that the device is registered with the owner. I now know this and have tried contacting the previous owner so as we can change the registered owner to my account. Unfortunately he is proving to be unobtainable through the contact channels I have. I understand Tomtom can diativate his registration and add mine. I am struggling to find a one to one contact route with Tomtom to perform this. So firstly how do I contact Tomtom and also if I do a full reset will that automatically undo any registration so as I can then register it to my account?
