Hello, my NB1 cannot connect to network and I cannot "see" speed cameras

Hello, I successfully updated my NB1 to latest Europe maps and after that I bought "Speed Cameras - Europe - 1 year". This service does not show on my subscriptions and I cannot see speed cameras on my device. I believe my Live services SIM has been deactivated for not being used for more than 12months. How can I check this situation and reactivate services if needed? Thank you, best regards
