Why can't I access my renewed Live services?

Renewed Live Services Europe for a year along with my map on 31/08/21 but my Mazda NB1 TomTom device says the Live services subscription has expired. Why? And how can this be fixed? I've paid for the service but have not been able to use it for three weeks. I've tried updating through TomTom Home and performing a factory reboot, all to no effect.

    Try a full factory reset, then not log into your tomtom account on the device.

    Dome a factory reset. Tried logging in from my device and it won't accept my login details, despite them working to access the the main TomTom site. Also my account recognises my renewed map subscription but doesn't mention by renewed live services subscription. both of which are confirmed under my orders.
