Can the TomTom Go App record a ride and load into my routes?

in TomTom GO Navigation app for iPhone
can the TomTom Go App record a ride as the rider 550 can and load into my routes? I tried to use the app today and unlike my GPS there was nor "record" button I could find. Disappointing.....
