I had a problem that my Go Premium continually freezes then restarts over and over. I found that if i turn the My Drive syncing OFF on the device then it sorts out the problem. But it means I cannot connect to the My Drive app on my phone!!1

My TomTom 6100 was misbehaving with regular reboots - always see a blank screen within first 5 minutes of every journey, and at random periods thereafter. Reset device was no help. The battery life when not connected was also poor so I changed the battery too but this did not fix the reboot problem. However the suggestion (thanks @malcs3) to disable My Drive syncing fixed the reboot issue. No reboots since then. Please please TOMTOM: fix this bug - its a very poor situation. PS I've owned the device for 5 years and have 375 bookmarked / MyPlace locations so I wonder if the syncing issue is related to the size of that.0
