How do i get it i have now 19.201.0010.411 mydrive give my not a newer application.

    The downloads logs show that your GO 620 (serial number ending 530) already has the v20.102.0003.411 installed.

    Could you send me a picture of the screen (about section) through a private message, please?

    Has The Recovery Mode Procedure, been executed on your GO 620 recently....
    If 'Yes' when the recovery mode is run on the device, it usually installs the previous version of the operating system (Navcore)... This maybe the reason you have the earlier Navcore O/S installed ???

    I send it to you, the picture is from today.

    The power was gone on update, the tomtom did nothing anymore, until i disconect de battery.

    Problem solved, suddenly i get update application 20 for the tomtom go 620.
