Start 62 shows no map after trying to update tomtom

Hello, I tried to update my tomtom Start 62 with mydriveconnect and after restarting several times my Start 62 is still telling me "keine Karten verfügbar" (no maps available). I cannot fix this by updating again as there are no further maps available in mydriveconnect.
