Camera update not working.

Hi I purchased camera updates . I've been trying to update my device but the camera updates have not been added. Isee "Speed Cameras Europe- One Time Update" is not subscribed. I s thsi relevant? How do I get my paid updates to work?

    Note I found "World Speed 1 Month" avail for uinstall wheihc ends in 1 month. is this the camera update? If so you should improve install instrcuions to explain this.
