my TT620 trucker has frozen on startup after support recommended a rest

it starts and I get the language scree, then the country and then the choose vehicle screen, but its a blank screen and wont go any further. My drive says its connected but it wont allow you to to do anything to the device as frozen I also get the message that the TT service are busy . Desperate as just spent $700 on this useless device and support just will not get back to me. Frustrated much. any advice would be welcome.

if you just bought it you are under warranty
I wonder if during your rest the gps is connected to a power source0 -
The initial reset was plugged in to a power source in my truck and si ce then on my laptop0

If I'm having problems with MyDrive Connect....
I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...

Have you tried Pressing and holding in the ON/OFF button for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the Drumroll sound then letting the button go all whilst having the unit connected to an Apple or similar Mains charger plug that takes the USB cable. .
