I purchased camera updates but it's not showing

Hi I purchased camera updates for a year a few weeks ago. I've been trying to update my device but the camera updates have not been added. There is an invoice in my account showing payment was taken but every time I connect my device there are no camera updates and it doesn't show on my drive either

    Hi I've tried this method but no luck the bot Is the most horrible thing ever. It keeps asking ne to sign in which I have already done but still won't allow me to talk to any customer service representative
