RDS Traffic Receiver

Traffic updates have suddenly stopped on my Start 25. I'm connected using the Traffic Receiver 4UUC1B.
The traffic bar just has the spinning circle in the middle, this continues through a long journey, not connecting to the service.
Can you advise please?

he might try another receiver it stops without warning

move the cable Centimeter by Centimeter
