Subscription ended message

Novice Seeker
Hi, when I start my TomTom app on my iPhone12 I get the message “Subscription ended” even if my subscription ends in 2022. I alteady logged out and in on my appstore account and rebooted the iPhone several times.
Note that if I try to buy the subscription again it tellse that a subscription already exists.

Please help

    Welcome to the Community! Just to be sure, are you trying to use the Android subscription on an iPhone device? (since you posted this on the Android board)

    Can you please mention the app version installed? If you're already logged in with the correct Apple ID (through which you purchased the subscription), quit the app and reboot the iPhone to see if it works.
