Hi, I have a TomTom Go 6200 sat Nav which. Is due an update. I have always used the internet at home to do this until recently. The device will no longer allow. Me to update it showing a computer instead, I cannot access the main menu either. Why is this so after all these years of updating, hope you can help me please.
I don’t have a computer or. Laptop only a tablet

    Hi,
    No need for a computer or anything, you need wifi at home and a power outlet
    to connect the GPS during the update
