Import Error on Rider 400

I am trying to import a few routes. They are visible under myroutes on one drive but when I try to import on device i get a "Import Error"

I have plenty of space on my device and files are very small

Any ideas

    Welcome to the community!
    What is the file format? If it's GPX then could you check if you are able to import and load them in MyDrive web ?

    Yes it is a GPX file and I can see the files on mydrive web under routes but when I try to import i get the error

    I suppose the error could be a software/firmware thing, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and try importing the routes again...

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.


    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
