Take it that you want to clear personal data if so, see page 26 of the manualhttps://download.tomtom.com/open/manuals/Bridge/18.1/refman/TomTom-BRIDGE-UM-en-gb.pdf

1. If you are using a personal memory card, remove the memory card from its slot.
2. Select the Settings app.
3. Select Reset.
4. Select Clear personal data.
5. Select Clear, then select Clear again.
Your device automatically switches off and clears your personal data.

The reset function in the settings is not available to me, I am sitting with a user account. I have forgotten the PIN code and there is no access to the Google account of the owner of the device. I need a reset from under Recovery. I've read that it is possible, but I don't know how to write to developers.
